Wenn die Kunden so richtig schön loslegen. Welcher Werber kennt das nicht, Kundenwünsche der skurrilen Sorte. Wenn man beinahe verzweifelt, weil man denkt; Dümmer gehts echt nicht mehr… Oder; Kann, oder will der mich nicht verstehen?
Aus dem Jahr 2000 gibts eine feine Sammlung an Kunden Zitaten. (Design Forum, Dreamless) Welche unlängst wieder ausgegraben wurde. Ein paar Impressionen;
“our web site doesn’t load if I turn javascript off … please fix this”
“need more pesshht peesshht chuttt chutt papapapa on this animation”
Client: “We want a website that can play DVD quality video, but we don’t want to use streaming video and the load time must be zero.”
Designer: “That’s impossible. Everything has a load time. DVD quality runs about 100 megs a minute.”
Client: “We’ll take our business elsewhere…”
“Can’t we make the text blink?” <blink>argghh!</blink>
“can you do it like in the Matrix…you know with numbers, zeros and ones, and glowing light, like in the Matrix, you know”
“i find all this white space boring. i think we need some wallpaper or something…”
